I have been back and forth with support over my tiger mount. I have played since march of 2014. i 1st reorder the game as the standard edition then about right before launch i called and had them upgrade me to the imperial edition. At the time there was know upgrade option so they refunded me the standard edition and charged me for the imperial edition. For what ever reason i ended up with 60 days free game play instead of 30 days. I called suppport at the time and was told don't worry just play the game and enjoy. Now fast forward to today. I have no tiger mount. I called them they said well you didn't pay for the time needed so no mount for you. I explained to them this from the before they said sorry no go. Then i get crowns credit for the time. I have been in talks with support for almost 2 weeks. Maybe someone from zenimax will see this or maybe someone else might be in this boat and have some advice as i know i am not the only one who did this before launch.
