[] Error, plz help

Hello

I cant login with one of my characters in Rawl`Ka. I logged out in cyrodiil this afternoon.
Obviously my character stood in Rawl`ka before. So now i have infinite loadingscreen and then
just " <<1>>" Nothing else.
I waited a few minutes, but nothing changes...

Could you please port my character out of the nimbus, so i can back login? (Allune).

PS: I did a repair etc, but nothing helps. I also read the help thing from your support.

Turn off all addons or at least out of date unchecked box, worked for me then I had to figure out which addons I could use

That error also occurs when you have no Addons. I think it has to do with population in the city area where your trying to get to. I've found when trying to port into Rawlkha from another zone I would get that error constantly. But when I port from a different zone to any other wayshrine in Reapers March I have no problems at all. Then I can port into Rawlkha with no errors EVER. One night I couldn't log into my character in Rawl for 30 minutes as that error kept popping up.

Since Monday's patch it has worked better but at times I am still getting that <1> error. I really hope they can find a resolution for it, instead of Monday's "bandaid"....
