Easy for a sorc to get away but try being a DK and having 5 siege flying right at you.

I think some things that would help:
Soul gems cheaper I expect we will being using more
Green friendly fire circles for friendly siege I am now dodging... well no one.
Purge is now mandatory- but should be a lttle cheaper
Siege Shield should also be cheaper an last a little longer.
Purifying ritual the synergy need to be faster there is a delay between when I cast it and my team-mates can use it.
The fire tick from siege need to be the same damage but slower I can get the full tick in a couple of seconds in many cases or instanlty in others.
Death summary need to specify initial damage and then tick in two seperate instances. it makes it appear you are getting one shotted when you are actually not.
It should have better collision physics it can follow you into posterns, even a meabag which makes no sense. You should be safe or much reduced if you are litteraly hiding behid something... well solid.
Also for indivisual players do not take a rez immediatly when you are being rezzed by a non templar. You rez with half health. You will not survive one single siege shot with half health no matter the circumstances.
