Bugs, lag, broken skills, imbalance. Need help please.

Paying customer here. And I have to preface this with saying that I have not had as much fun with this game as I did during beta. I've been wanting that beta-esque play ever since this game went live. That said:
Would it be too much to ask to fix all the AvA bugs that have plagued the game for months before bringing in new content that has, interestingly, been fraught with additional game-play issues and imbalances? Also, I am lagging and dropping out of game more than ever before! Not to mention there is so much imbalance with the various skill lines; you only really need two or three skills to be overpowered, considerably. Why do you need dozens of skills if you can successfully win with just a few? How about some healthy doses of balance, fixes, and optimization?
PS. I want to let your art department know that I think they are absolutely amazing!!! If only the other departments at ZoS can acclimate to that level of perfection this game would be grand. Thanks.
