NPCs still talking when using invisible potions and trespassing

As I'm getting further into the Justice System, I've created some Invisible potions to be able to profit from the property of others in peace 
And I'm able to do it, I can steal from others and no bounty is added, crouching or not before using them BUT the NPCs still talk to me, saying that I'm trespassing into their house (I am). The NPCs are right, but they should not say it since they should not be able to see me. I have stolen things right in front of them while being invisible and no reaction to that, no bounty added, just talk about trespassing.
