So where have all my quests gone?

Returning player, I was level 49 when I stopped playing last year, I was in Cold Habour had quests in my journal. Upon returning I no longer have any Quests day the Writ ones I have picked up. There is no quests in cold harbour it seems and I know I was in the middle of at least one quest. So where have my quests gone? If I have to restart.

Also I submitted a support ticked about 3 days ago and haven't heard anything, not even a confirmation email

You were most likely doing "Army of Meridia". That quest sometimes disappears. Try to find the groundskeeper in the middle of the Hollow City at the cathedral

It's kind of the meta-quest for the area and you have to complete other quests to be able to turn it in

But I had other active quests for Coldharbour and they are all gone. When I logged in my journal was 0/25 it dosnt make sense for me to loose the other active quests

You should be able to go back to the quest givers and get the quest again. Nice because you should be able to repeat the experience you would have earned for completing the stages again. For sure whatever Mobs you had killed along the way.

I had one of my toons lose their entire quest journal and the counter for the skill books read. Fortunately, they were L4 and only had the MQ and some side quests in the Journal. I got them all back by talking to the quest giver's again.
