Minor buff overwrites the Major

EDIT: as a fellow reddit user pointed out, it's the Major Endurance's potion buff to be bugged. It lasts only few seconds; so please don't mind all the mechanic analysis that follows.

Just noticed this weird behaviour and would like to know if I'm missing something or it's broken:

1. I use Relentless Focus and see the Minor Endurance buff in the stats window;
2. straight after I use a Major Endurance potion: my stamina recovery actually increases;
3. after 2 seconds my stamina recovery reverts as to the minor buff

as shown in this video recorded today.


Don't know if other Minor/Major buffs are affected.
