Once upon a time, the lfg tool worked. You were able to queue and low and behold a group would form. Now, I've been queued for well over two hours (whilst questing) to no avail, and yes, a role is selected. There are multiple threads on this topic yet ZoS seems incapable of fixing it. What happened that caused it to break and why has it been months without a fix?

I think it is because they aren't capable of fixing it or they just don't care.1
