Quest have vanished

Hi, I can start by saying I have written to customer support but not gotten a answer yet.

the quest is recovering the dreamshard from at-tura estate, where you are to fight in the dream with counts bride.

I last played some months ago and now came back and the quest is not longer in my journal, nor can I back track it, or failed in doing so, because I went back on alot of quest givers and they had nothing for me.

So I am wondering if there is some way for me to proceed here, because I would like to complete the cadwells gold quest. I have been away for some updates maybe there have been som update to this quest that made it reset by itself and I am supposed to get it from another quest giver.

I also haave problem with shinjis scarp, but I guess these two are connected somehow, and if I can get the at-tura to workthen shinjis scarp will follow the main quest line.
