Error Code <<1>>

So I tried logging in to one of my characters today, and after sitting on the loading screen for a few minutes it kicked me back to the login screen and this error popped up. What is a <<1>> error? I checked the sticky in this section and this one was not listed. And how come I can play literally every other character of mine except for this one?

The <<1>> error is a known issue and we are currently working on it.

You can still contact our customer support team and provide a Game Consultant and all the information you have about this issue to help us investigate this problem.
