[ERROR 12] Urgent Help!

Hello, I've been trying for a month now to play the game, When ever I click "Play" A blackscreen would appear then it would show ERROR 12 Here's a picture what happends! http://gyazo.com/4ffb65763550cb86631c168e43b87e1e
I've tried the following:
- Delete the whole game and downloade it again
- Tried clicking the "Repair" Button and waited alot until it reinstalled everything
- Tried repairing again
- Tried deleting some files and run the repair
- Tried basicly everything possible
Anything I can do? I also played this game before! One day it just decided to give me this error! It's not my graphic card for sure, Anything could be breaking this for me?

If not, we would recommend you to do it and provide both a Host.Developer and a Game Consultant file.
