DK skill Inferno - Tooltip error or bugged/broken?

The tooltip of DK's Inferno skill says it grants Major Prophecy aka 2099 crit points wich translates into 10% critical chance increase, but when you toggle it in the Character sheet adds 20% crit chance. Broken or Tooltip error?

should add 10% like the flame of oblivion morph(stamina) that gives 2099 and 10% correctly. really gives 20% ?O_O damn

i just checked. yes is bugged gives 20% instead of 10%

only UI is bugged, it gives 10% (but shows 20%)
