I got an email response from a customer support rep last night around 8:39 pm cst. In the email he gave me a suggestion to try to solve my problem, which did not work by the way, I have notice that at the bottom of my email it says:

Status: Solved
Thing is, I sent emails back to the rep stating that this did not work. How can the status be solved if nothing the rep suggested worked and my problem still exists?
