I got an email response from a customer support rep last night around 8:39 pm cst. In the email he gave me a suggestion to try to solve my problem, which did not work by the way, I have notice that at the bottom of my email it says:

Status: Solved

Thing is, I sent emails back to the rep stating that this did not work. How can the status be solved if nothing the rep suggested worked and my problem still exists?

    It doesn't matter. Reply again and say your issue persists. Don't mind the status, as long as you keep replying they will always answer. Keep in mind it might take a while at the moment
    I have approximate knowledge of many things.
