I'd pay 2,000 crowns for a Race Change.
Can't fish oceans without worms.
I would spent loads on anything to do with personal and guild housing I like.
And I hope its not ALL gotta be bought with crowns though.

I would SUBSCRIBE for a 20-25% EXP boost. 10% is nowhere near enough to make a noticeable difference, and as a casual player end-game DLC isn't much of an incentive either. Your current sub model only appeals to the core playerbase imo. I'm a casual player with money to spare but lacking in time. A 20-25% EXP boost, stacked with the 50% EXP scrolls I can spend the monthly Crowns on, would be a great incentive for me.
Wildstar has a 25% EXP boost for subscribers. SWTOR has a 1200% () EXP boost for subscribers (affects main story EXP only). ESO only offers 10%. Definitely need to step that offer up. I'll happily pay monthly for it.
