Go do a low level dungeon or two, don't ride your horse anywhere and kill/loot everything in sight, go to an outlaw refuge, pay up and you're clear. What's the big deal?

I'm not uppity at all. Simply stating is a feature in the game that is pretty universal in the series. It wasn't like that at launch, but it really should have been.

There are plenty of ways to avoid 'being killed by every guard' with a low bounty. You just wait for a bit and it resets. Just leave the town for like 20 minutes and its over.

This will have no effect on new players as they can't compare what was there "on release" since they don't have a frame of reference, not being there and all.

Seems you just don't like this new feature and may be a tad posterior hole achy.
Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

Nope, just suggesting they reverse the boolean that automatically enables NPC damage... a suggestion which would drive adoption. Adoption being the most important part of any piece of software.
