    Because it is already redeemed on your account. The message you are seeing should only appear when there is no game code on your account.

    What are you trying to enter? A game time card? Might be an issue with the new account site

    Edit: You did try to redeem the code from your game time card right?

    all okay - i just realise i can redeem my TC code without game registration code - title of redeem window confused me :)

    It's easy to get confused trying to enter a Time Card, it's totally unintuitive IMO and I poked around for a bit before discovering it. :)

    It's a field where you put a code after hitting "redeem code". The hint that you need to enter your game code is for those people, who try to redeem a Game Time Card without having the actual game on their account.
