Imperial Horse Missing [EU]

I decided to make a character on the EU server for a change of people to play with. When I finished the new tutorial I went to get my Imperial horse and it wasn't in the stables list to be purchased. It also didn't show up in my collections tab. Is there anyway I can get some help with it?

Having the exact same issue but on US servers.

Made a new character, no imperial horse option.

And yes, I have been paying monthly + imperial edition since last April. :\

Anything that is account-wide is not cross-region in my experience.

    [edit]

Just to clarify, I'd expect you to see the Imperial Edition in the first tab (can't recall its' name) as that's a feature of the game account, but I'd not expect to see a horse bought in one region to appear in the Mounts tab for another region: except of course for the one bought for real cash from ZOS web site which I would expect to appear in both regions since it's an account feature.

Correct, most stuff is server specific (e.g. horses purchased with gold), but you should see the imperial horse on all servers: live, live eu, and PTS. If it doesn't show up, contact customer support using the /help command in the game. They'll be able to help you.

The Palomino, the Imperial Edition and the Explorer's Pack have always been cross-server. Crown store purchases will not be. If ZOS changed anything about the availability of previously sold items, they should have informed us about it.

Which is what I said, I didn't mention the EP because the OP didn't.

Not sure if that's referring to what I wrote, not sure what you're getting at by "should have informed us", nothing in the OP's comments or mine with respect to cross-region refer to 'sold' items outside the game: the Imperial Horse of course wasn't a real-world purchase.

The OP said the Imperial horse is neither in the collection tab nor available to buy in the stables. This means he can't access the horse on the EU server at all, even though he owns the Imperial Edition, which was a real world purchase. He should be able to get the horse on EU. This is clearly something that needs to be sorted out by Customer Support.

Xundiin, do you see the Imperial Edition at all in the first tab of your collection menu?

Hello, i have the same problem, i own imperial edition pre purchased, 1st day i have played got the horse and mount it, then after almost a year of inactivity due my system requirements and heavy lag i have quit the game. Now after almost a year i have started again and no horse, neither in my collections or in inventory. Crown store is not available and now it seems the collections is not available also. Maybe it has something to do with the new content or update, dunno, i will wait until tomorrow and see what is happening...

It doesn't show up in the first tab, the first tab just shows that I have the Imperial edition. On the NA server the horse shows up in the collections tab.

Had the same question, finally found imperial horse in "Collections (U)" - "Mounts" menu. You don't have to buy it at stablemaster for 1g anymore, it's already yours from the very beginning.
