Nothing in the Guild Recruitment section? You mean you see no threads in there?

The forum links work for me:

    North American Server

    European Server

Guilds also recruit in zone chat, or by directly inviting promising players. Sometimes guilds (especially in PvP) take non-guild members for group runs and if the player does well they get an invite.

A lot of right place/right time luck. Most of my guilds have come from stray conversations with people in zone or on dungeon runs. One came from a conversation on the PTS, one came from a post I made on the forums. A couple came from werewolf callouts in Bangkorai and The Rift. Really, it varies. But, they came from engaging with the community and talking to people.

One does not simply find a guild. [too lazy for meme use your imagination]
Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

I found mine (BoR in sig) during the beta test with a Google Search.

If you are NA DC, I highly recommend them. I only belong to one and have never had an urge to go looking for another.

Mature group, into just about everything, allergic to drama and won't ever tell you how you should play.

My three favourite guilds were all ones I found on the guild recruitment forum :D My trade guild was one I found being advertised in zone chat.

That is what I meant @Xendyn sorry for my quickly worded most likely confusing question.
And thanks for the response everyone. I was a wow player for over three years and ran my own guild with some buddies for two of those years and we are one of the most popular guilds on our server but I don't know anyone who plays eso. Mainly looking for a menagerie of interests but mainly no drama and a tight knit mature family type deal. I just starTed an AD but I'm open to any faction really I have interests in all of them. Message me if anyone is a part of a guild like this

I had to turn guild invites off, ever time I go to the bank or just past some random player they send me a guild invite.

But the real question, how to find a full (or near full to let you in) active guild that plays that same time you do!

    What are you looking for?

Trading guilds (just for buying and selling)
End game guilds (for V14's for trial runs)
PVP guilds (almost always in PVP raids)
Social\Levelings guilds (Large team speak servers where most are in there talking about anything while you play)
Small guilds (anything under 15 players online at once)

I'm used to a medium sized guild. I.e. anywhere from 12 to 25 on at a time and about 350 people total. I'm not sure what I will do end game but I know in wow I leaned heavily towards pvp but I just love exploring. I'm also pretty social so I like to get to know the people I game with. But once again I don't really like too much chatter or annoyances. Just casual convo. Mature definitely with a sense of humor. I know that's what everybody wants but lol

If your NA server and on the DC faction, have a look at
    Wagonborn
They are a guild with a min if 12-25 players on at all times and very social (will need team speak if you want to chat a lot as no one really uses the guild channel unless they are looking for help for some boss\dungeon)

I too have issues finding a guild... let's start our own guild called "The Guildless".
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

I am already in that one, but our \G6 chat channel does not work so well

I will definitely check out wagonborn. Thanks so much. And I thought of starting my own guild again but I don't have the time to run it properly. I like a well put together actively lead guild with a good leader.
