Is this how the game works now?

Still no Prophet appearing, still no soul magic line and no progress whatsoever in the main quest line.

It's been almost 2 days now since I've contacted customer support, no answer yet and I'm starting to give up.

I'm not the only one with this issue either, there's a bunch of others with the same problem as me. Seriously atleast give us a god damn response, like if we should even keep playing these characters at all!

I used to have a lot of faith in you, Zenimax. But seeing how you blatantly ignore this issue but are oh so happy to solve others makes me almost regret coming back here at all.

There is a patch coming that should address this and numerous other issues that have been found since update 6 went live. They aren't ignoring the issue. They are aware of it. Silence doesn't mean they haven't seen it posted.

I hope so. Still would be nice to show they're aware of the issue, just a simple "Yeah, we know." or "We're working on a fix." would be sufficient.

Also, are there any notes about the patch? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

No notes as yet. Will probably go up after the server comes back online

That was my mistake, as well. I'm wiser now, and your use of the past tense seems to indicate that you, too, have come to expect very little from them. I would say that this is the recommendable attitude.

I still have some hope, but no faith.

Confirmed that the patch didn't fix it. They definitely seem to be ignoring it!

I'm sorry this is happening to you. You're right that it isn't in the patch notes and more importantly I'm disappointed to see that none of the mods came in here to even acknowledge it yet. I really thought that their new approach regarding the forums included more than a 0 tolerance policy towards being "mean".

So this bug happens if you skip the tutorial now? Is this bug possibly faction related like only AD characters?

Yep, it's honestly really frustrating and saddening, kinda makes me not wanna play their game at all.

It seems so, but I doubt it's faction related as it happened on my Ebonheart character.
