How do I get updates on a support ticket?
Hello,
I placed a support request about 24 hours ago via /help in game but I have no idea how to check the status of the ticket. I don't even know what the ticket number is. It displayed it on screen but I assumed it would email me the ticket number but I never got anything.
I have looked all over and it appears there is no web site where you can view your open tickets and see an update. Is this true?
My ticket was about the many AI pathing problems in non-vet NA Greenshade. I have seen posts that ZOS is aware of it, but I would still like to know if it is possible to track a support ticket.
