Did anyone test points in the cp apprentice skills before and after?

I put points into increased healing but it doesn't show on my healing skill. I tried relog etc and no change. I then respec cp into fire damage and again no change on the dmg spell or healing. I should have tested numbers before I respec but I thought the system was working and expected to see a healing drop on the ui.

    Do we really have to test every single skill just to make sure it works ?

    IMO 1.6 wasn't ready, ZOS wasn't ready. So now we have to deal with another broken game.

    Huge exploiting happening on Champion System.

    People gaining cp at a unreal rate, and calling it grinding, LOL

    Seems like all some of your 24/7 freeks do is exploit, and ZOS does nothing.

    Example>> 2 people go into a dungeon in Craglorn, they only kill certain mobs, making sure they don't complete the dungeon.
    they then leave the dungeon, relog and repeat. I hear they can gain 1 cp every 30 mins.

    If that isn't abusing a system not sure what is.

    Do something ZOS.

    I have heard that 1 cp every 30 mins as well. I have only gained a few cp though but I want to be sure my points actually work. The points I put into increased healing do not display on my healing skill amount nor do the increased damage show. But I respec to soon to test on mobs :( Anyone tested these?

    In my PvE guild they already have a 200+ CP requirement... with some players sitting on 250+ I have got 5 since 1.6 launch... oh well time to find a new guild

    For real? That's sick. I knew it would happen, and people still saying that it doesn't matter.. lol. Champion System = worst addition to ESO ever. :|
