So I know this is a Champion Point XP Boost and it builds up when your not playing a 50+ character, but I'm a little confused.

1. So does this build up when I'm not on ESO at all? Or do I have to be playing a -50 Character
2. How do I "know" I'm enlightened. Some of the videos about it show "Your character is Enlightened" popping up but I havent seen that yet?

It builds up every 10 minutes, you get a certain amount of enlightenment (2778XP). If you aren't playing on vet rank character and earning XP, it just continues to accrue (up to 3 days), and then whenever the next time you log on to your vet rank character, you can use all the accumulated enlightenment, total should be 400,000 XP per 24 hour period (which is enough to earn 4 champion points).

Thats if its working as intended. Many players like myself have not received any enlightenment or CP points and have been playing veteran level characters since Tuesday. And I am not talking grinding. Doing quests, delves, dolmans, world bosses and finding new locations.
