Crashing when being chased by Guards

So, I'm trying to enjoy the new justice system. I even have my bounty up a couple thousand. The problem is, everytime I get caught by the guards I crash as I try to run away. I've sent dozens of reports already and I hate to say that this has really broken the game for me. I was fine with having to sneak and run from the guards, but having what gold and stolen loot I have procured taken because of a crash REALLY bugs me.

Actually Justice has seriously and negatively affected my in-game experience with people killing NPCs in banks and other crowded places, so I guess right now I'm happy this bug exists to deter players doing that.

There are a pretty large variety of reasons this could occur. First, if you happen to have any add ons installed, please give a shot to disabling them and let us know if it helps.

If you don't have any add ons installed, can you let us know what occurs when the crash happens? Do you receive any error messages, or does the game just quit to the desktop? Thank you very much for your patience!
