I was wondering when we might expect the dust to settle?

With the exception of the community management team and a few posts from Brian Wheeler I haven't seen any other developer comments on the dev tracker.

    you cant settle the dust if the stink hasn´t raised jet...

    thats comming in the next few days when 99% of the player base are facing the ugly side of 1.6 when it went live.

    It will be interesting to see how the game is received by consoles and how well it gets reviewed too. In my humble opinion it will be very dusty indeed.

    The post that Gina made is in relation to the community vision and increased moderation with respect to "this change of direction", not the release of 1.6 or TU or console.
