Craglorn quest list is too long

Now main toon has 20+ quests, at least half of them are in Craglorn.
Most of them are quest series. For solo questing, its great. But most of them in Craglorn are group quests.
Where can i find another 3 ppl which can play in 2-3 hours non stop? if 1 of us have to leave, how can i find another 1 ppl which has same stage as us?
Oh btw ideally each group require 2 DPS, 1 TANK AND 1 HEALER.
Even trial is not that hard! Although it required 12 ppls, but it only take u at most 2 hours and reward is way better.
I know this situation is not urgent, but its a serious problem. Hope u guys can fix it.
