no xp in group or from heals, and ingame customer support not working

Hi! I'm not getting any xp whatsoever in a group as a healer. I only get xp when I deal direct damage at enemies. Also, I don't get any xp from mobs killed by groupmates, although the other group-members do. Is this due to me playing with a Mac? ;) Anyways, no idea whether this is a mac or healer issue, but it's hindering my gameplay quite a bit. Anyone can help?
Also, the in game customers support does not work. Impossible to make tickets. Another Mac issue?

You should receive XP once you "contribute" to the fight, e.g. by healing and getting on the aggression list of the NPCs. I don't think this is Mac related. :)

As for the inability to create tickets, that might be more like a system/Mac thing, so you should ask on the Mac forums since there're at least one or two actual software engineers working on the Mac version helping people and hunting for bugs.

I think that I contribute quite a bit to the fight as a dedicated healer, in dungeons or in quests in Craglorn for example. But I just don't get any xp at all, unless I make a certain amount of damage, whether to "trash mobs" or bosses.

Something is broken clearly, because we have tested this many times with my group. We have switched roles and doine exactly the same, and every time my group members do get xp from exactly the same for what I don't. Aaand, the thing is that this has been going on since a while. It hinders my progression with my friends, and forces me to catch them up, so that we can keep playing certain content together.

You won't receive any XP or loot of you don't contribute enough (overheal doesn't count). And you won't get anything if one of your group members is 5 veteran ranks or more above you. This was introduced with the patch where they enabled dungeon-scaling. Looks like it's by design

The Mac issue with ingame tickets is known: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/148906/unable-to-submit-bug-or-feedback-on-1-6#latest
It's not only on 1.6 though

I'm going to switch from Healer to DPS if this is going to happen. How else am I supposed to get XP for Champion points going in a dungeon!!!!! Could someone let us know if this is a Mac bug or is happening from a late update or something.

@ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom would one of you be able to comment on this please and let us know if it's a known issue?

    Thank you for your time.

You already got your answers dude.

As healer you need to contribute to a fight by actually healing your mates. If they are full hp all the time you don't get any rewards. If they are insta-hitting all the enemies or are several veteran ranks above you, you don't get any rewards. Try to do some damage occasionally and go into dungeons with a group close to your level.

This has nothing to do with the mac client.
