This can be a very functioning tank build for both PvE and PvP. Slot Sap Essence, Swallow Soul, Rapid Regen on offbar along with Entropy.
Lose a little bit of HP by using the Malubeth's Scourge Undaunted set. Problem Solved.

A lot of the HP comes from having 5 shadow skills slotted on the quickbar (NB passive increases HP by 3% per, IIRC)

The functioning build would be:
Gear: (all legendary with legendary health enchants)
5x Twice-Born Star, all heavy, all divines. Mundus : Lord + Tower.
3x Footman Jewelry, Robust, Block cost reduction enchant.
2x Footman Gauntlets (divines) and Girdle (exploration).
2x Blood Spawn, all heavy, all divines.
(or Malubeth instead of Blood Spawn depending on personal preference)
Using one piece of medium may even be a good choice.
For skills, I just randomly selected them depending on passives in the OP and I don't really play NB, so I'll just leave those up to you.

I shutter to think of a Templar reaching this and smashing blazing shield lol
someone needs to post a mimi of that one orc from Lord of Rings who carries the torch into the black powder spot to blow up the castle wall and make the orc be chanting "blazing shield blazing shield".....
expect a cap soon on Blazing Shield if you can get 70k health and 53% damage explosion to people.... 35k repeatable explosions

Blazing shield doesn't work the way you think it does. It's SS is 30% of your max health then it returns 53% of the damage absorbed by the shield. Still powerful but not as powerful as you think it is.
Should also be noted that NB gains significant health bonus % that Templars don't.
Yes, you get 4% bonus for every player around you (fixed in PTS).someone needs to post a mimi of that one orc from Lord of Rings who carries the torch into the black powder spot to blow up the castle wall and make the orc be chanting "blazing shield blazing shield".....

oops your right, my thinking off, still, 30% of 70k health and 54% of that is a nice 11,340 pt explosion. Also doesnt it get better the more people in range? So absorbs more and explodes for more based on number of people around?
