I have looked at the various constellations and I noticed something in 2 of them for the 10 pt passives and one at 30 pts that I think needs to be changed.
Atronach: 10 point passive Retaliation: Inceases the damage of your next physical attack by 30% after blocking a heavy attack.
- Staff Expert is in this constellation, so it is entirely reasonable that spell caster-mage-type players will invest some points in Staff Expert. They will get no use of this 10 point passive because staves don't do physical damage.
- Suggestion: Change it to be next weapon attack (light or heavy) or just next attack (magic or physical)
Ritual: 10 point passive Opportunist: Increases the damage of your next physical attack by 15% after you interupt a target.
- Thaumaturge in this constellation increases damage done with poison, disease and magic. It is plausible that mage-type players would get this star and then the 10 point passive will not be useful because they use a staff and don't do physical attacks. For magic damage Entropy from the Mages' guild, some fighter's guild abilties, soul magic, some Alliance war ones, and likely some class abilities (being a DK it looks like the ones I would use for dps deal Flame dmg).
- Suggestion: change it to include magical attacks.
Lord: 30 point passive Infusion: increases another player's Magicka Regeneration by 167 for 8 seconds after you resurrect them.
- Why isn't this stamina regeneration as well? Sometimes when I am rezzed I have to immediately dodge roll and for stamina-based player builds I am sure they could use the benefit after a rez a lot more!
I don't think the Lord will be many people's first choice to invest 30 points in (i do love the 10 pt unlock!), but I feel that the unlocked passives should benefit everyone who would have a reason to invest in that constellation no matter what their build. I may have missed some passives, I play a mage-type, staff wielding DK and thus am looking at it from this perspective. When the higher level passives are not applicable to all builds I find it more reasonable, the player would need a reason to invest 75, 120 points in that constellation. For example, I would invest 100 points into Staff Expert (eventually) and I find that the 30 and 75 point passives are applicable to a player with my playstyle. For the the Thaumaturge in ritual, the 30 point passive doesn't apply to me personally but 30 is a lot of points to invest and I wouldn't be putting them here to unlock that passive. A lot of people will put those first 10 points into a constellation because those points see a good increase for investment and the chance to unlock the 10 point passives.

After taking a second look at the Apprentice constellation I think there are some players who would build a Stamina build using the new playstyle would be interested in Elemental Expert, but the 10 point passive says next spell. (so unless Stamina based class abilities are still considered spells for this, it wouldn't be of much use for the Stamina-builds. Seeing as those morphs make the class skills scale off weapon damage/stamina/weapon crit instead and I have classified "spells" in the game thus far as all class abilties and magicka using abilities.
If anyone else sees a problem with the unlocked passives being beneficial to all the player styles please add to this thread:) Many perspectives are better than one!
