Ransack Improper Scaling

The armor boost for the one handed skill Ransack was not properly scaled for 1.6. In live it gives over 500 armor (about a 25% boost for most builds) for a short duration, making it competitive with the other morph that reduces both armor and spell resistance (Ransack just reduces armor). However, in PTS it only adds 910 armor, which is about a 5% boost, which makes it non-usable in comparison to the other morph. The armor should go up to about 5,000, not 910, to match live and the 10x scaling. Also, as an FYI, ZOS needs to test spell reduction on the other morph, as in live it often seemed to only reduce armor and not spell penetration.

I assumed ransack was supposed to give the minor armor buff of 10% to complement other abilities giving major. If this is not the case it should be improved.

On live the other morph gives significant arm or and spell defense reductions. Ransack only gives the former. However, to make up for the loss of spell resist reduction, it gives you an armor buff. That buff of about 500 is meaningful on live, making it a tough call which to take. By not scaling the armor increase buff up, they have in essence hosed this choice. There may be a self-created ZOS issue here by their changing to this major/minor system, in that before if you used spiked armor you could then also have the ransack armor boost. Now, if they just gave it a Major that may conflict with the Major from spiked armor. If so, they need to give Ransack a set amount of armor increase to match what it's always done in live and so it does not conflict with the Major from spiked armor.

You probably missed when they nerfed all armor/resistance abilities. On live Thundering Presence gives 1750 armor and spell resistance. That is about 30% damage reduction to both. On PTS it increases armor and spell resistance by 5600 which is an 8% damage reduction. There is no PROPER SCALING for armor/resistance buffs on PTS. It is a decision not an oversight....
