Pet From Live Missing in PTS Collection

I reported a bug about this in game when PTS 1.6.1 came out, but thought I'd go ahead and post this here to see if anyone else had this problem. My Pet Scuttler that I received from Pre-Ordering the game is not in my Collections tab, and the character that held it on Live no longer had the item on PTS (tested this on 1.6.2 - NA character), screenshot from 1.6.3
