Hi, i like to start a poll, about Refuge Entrances. Being changed 1.6.2 due to customer wish, i like to do an open poll, to see if this is the common ground.

- one inner entrance, one outer entrance is ok
- there should be more inner entrances up to 3
- please reverse to version 1.6.1
