VR Stormhaven Quest Bugged - False Accusations

Captain has the Ulondil disease & won't spawn. I put in a ticket; just creating thread here in case others having same problem and to release some frustration. Would be nice if it got fixed in tomorrow's maintenance.
This is VR area Stormhaven (AD character). And the road to VR 14 catches another delay.
