Downloading client

Okay well first of all, im not a new user im downloading the client again because I rebuild a new pc, so I go to download the client and wake up to find it saying its corrupted hmmm okay well easy I just hit repair so its off doing that right now as I type, that's not the real issue as im sure it will fix it up, what my issue is, when I chose what client to download, I checked Europe, I know I checked Europe, and instead I find ive got the (NA) version. Im on a limited bandwidth isp in Australia I do not want to redownload another client all over again because your downloader has decided for me what I want even though I didn't want it because I don't play on the (NA) servers, so tell me.. please.. why?, just why...

seems I found another issue, just went into the NA client to see if I had any characters there but I notice at the character creation, there is no imperial option, I have the imperial upgrade but theres no option to choose it in character creation
