Only thing this company can give us beta testers/customers/live game beta testers from day 1 is a lifetime sub to the game. I love Elder Scrolls Online but hate how you are treating us that had faith in you guys. You lied manipulated us and then threw us under the bus with how the game is going forward.

We deserve more than a mount and crowns. Only way you can show us you appreciated the testing we done for you is give us free lifetime subs.

Sad really how majority of us that put up with everything from bots to quests that wouldn't advance and lied too are being treated. You know the loyal ones that believed everything you said until you threw us under the bus.

Does anyone else think when consoles release they will end up with a lot of problems and complaints? ZoS road map so far would answer that with a big Heck yeah!

    I just want to eventually have a permanent hold on dlc depending on how long I hold a sub after T∞ goes live. Like, get a chunk of DLC to own with every 6 months of sub, so if the sub ever gets dropped (like 10 years down the road) I won't have to buy the DLC because I've been subbed forever.

    Consoles have a tighter quality process than what ZOS has on itself.
    That doesn't mean we won't see similar things but some of what you describe is harder on consoles that require an online membership.

    Lifetime subs, etc...well the game is without sub next month
    Mount reward...it's a good gesture
    Entitlement...they owe you/us nothing as you got to play the game

    Don't get me wrong, I think there has been some shady stuff going on from time to time that I don't agree with... but I'm still pretty happy with what I got between beta and now. Giving everyone a lifetime sub... the servers wouldn't last another year.

    Like I stated in a post a long time ago, Companies like Microsoft would give us beta testers free software for helping them work out the bugs. With ZoS they loved us when we keep helping them through the worse times of this game. But now it is like none of that happened and they are throwing us under the bus.

    Free mount and crowns, you have to admit that what we went through for them is laughable if you work for ZoS. Believe me they are laughing at us for paying subs for this beta and helping them get it to console.

    It sounds like you should've unsubbed at some point. I took a few months off when things were not pleasing to me.

    Ok, I misunderstood that part, I did not notice you say from beta on. That's still a lot to give someone who quite honestly doesn't deserve anything beyond the service that they were already provided. Yes, alot of people quit with bots and bugs, alot of people don't understand this is common ground for every MMO at it's launch.. I also saw them nuke the bots fairly quickly. If you remember people were even complaining when it hit open beta that there were bugs... as if expecting open beta to be a polished piece of work. A huge problem with the MMO industry right now in my opinion, is the gamers themselves. They think that it should be a masterpiece the day it hits the shelves, and compete with other games that have been out for a decade and in some cases longer.

    as for "with all we went through for them" I dunno what you were doing for the past year.. but I was playing a video game.. that is what I went through.. some hours of relaxation. I'm pretty happy to get a free mount and crows for basically doing nothing but relaxing, enjoying what I had paid for.

    If that is honestly what you think of ZoS, why are you even supporting them, why do you want free sub on a game that you apparently find to be troublesome? It must have provided you with fun, and you must see something good in it to want more.

    I agree... I like the game.. but if you ever find a game to be as troublesome as the OP makes it sound.. chances are you should probably find something else to do

    @NewBlacksmurf Think you miss my point. I had faith in the devs and the game. But they have lied to us and I was never a quitter so I keep believing them. It's not the game am pissed at it's the devs on how they strung us along. Sorry if you think crowns and a mount are enough for what we went through for them.

    been playing since closed beta November 13' my testing group was Sanguine, haven't unsubbed at all. I've got a v14, v9, v2 and a few characters below lvl 30

    I didn't miss it. I think I had the same expectations as you but the reality was different. I took 6 months off

    LOTRO offered lifetime subs for $200 back when it first came out. I jumped on that played for 7 years. Was one of the better gaming investments Ive made. Lets not talk about the hellgate london lifetime sub I bought tho lol.

    It also wasn't in beta when they did it, so if you add up what we paid to support this game would be a lot more than what LOTRO charged for lifetime.

    LOTRO only offered lifetime accounts to people who paid for them before the game launched. For a short period of time 2 years later you could buy them for $299. So its not like they offered them all the time to everyone.

    I hope that's not true. At times I felt that they turned off responding to my reports from closed BETA to May 2014

    Actually I did not pay them to lie to me. Can't believe you would accept the lies from them.
