HeroOfEvbof✭✭✭I always wanted to kill monkeys such that they dropped "mutilated monkey meat" like in the song I used to sing as a 8yr-old.
But they dropped nothing and there were no gophers anyways so I was live-and-let-live with monkeys.
Do we really need to become slaughterers of monkeys? There are only a handful of spots to farm pigs without risk of bounty. But there is a whole temple full of monkeys in one of the Dominion Zones.

Lions & Tigers are large beasts, so Khajiit -> Red meat.
Dunmer of course should drop dark meat.
All other races should drop red meat.
Goblins, Ogres, & Trolls should also drop dark meat.
