[BUG since Launch] Having to log out/in to recieve stuck mail

I recently came back to the game and have noticed a bug that was in the game at beta / launch and still happens to me now. I have spoken to other players who have had the same issue and they are still having it now as well.

You buy something from a guild store, but you do not receive the mail of items purchased until you log out of that character and log back in again, suddenly the mail appears. It will not appear until you log in and out again.

This is repeatable and happens many many times, I would say about 90% of the time I will need to log out and in again.

The same thing happens when sending mail to other players and receiving mail from other players, forced to log out and in again to receive mail that has been sent. This happens less often.

I am not sure what is causing this bug, I am not using any type of mail system add-ons. I am quite surprised this bug is still happening since launch but I can say it is the ONLY bug I have found so far since returning to game, I left just before craglorn was released, so I am impressed with how many bugs have been fixed.

Some players I have spoken to say they have never come across this mail system bug so it only seems to affect some players and not others.

I am playing on EU server.

I am on the NA server and have had this "bug" since day one.

So. Incredibly. Annoying.

How long have you been "looking into it"? Do we have any hope of it ever being fixed at this point? It's been 10 months!

Have you tried traveling to another zone? That usually works for me on PC-NA.
