Can't log in - servers offline?

Tried to log in now but the launcher tells me that there is ongoing maintenance, can't find any information about that on the forum.
So are the servers down or has my game just gone bonkers? Worked fine this morning after a full night of installation.

ZOS_AlvinM✭✭Hi @Koefoed . The KB Article linked by @Glierhuin should be helpful,To fix this issue, we recommend players try and run the launcher as an administrator (right click on the ESO icon on the desktop, then select Run as administrator).
If this does not fix the problem, the impacted players will have to delete their launcher folder (default path C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher) and download the launcher from their account management page https://account.elderscrollsonline.com to reinstall it.
