[Bug] - Keeping stolen items after death via guard.

I don't know if this was a 1 time thing, I will try to recreate it, but I stole an Iron Greatsword from an item stand in a market, got confronted by a guard, refused to pay my bounty, made a mad dash for freedom, got chain pulled, and then got butchered like an animal. Despite being killed by a guard, however, I was able to the Iron Greatsword (which is still marked as "Stolen" in my bags).
