The problem with having only one PVP campaign in the PTS

Wanting to test some skills with my AD buddy. He jump into Haderus a-OK. I try. Right-click, home or guest? I try both. I cannot because my AD main has Haderus assigned. Ok, I'll try to unassign campaigns. Jump on main, and... I can't unassign without reassigning, and there's only one campaign on the PTS, so reassigning is not an option. Well this sucks. Get back on my EP guy and try to beg a port from someone. Only crickets.
In short, my EP guy is locked out of Cyrodiil because only one campaign on PTS.
How can we fix this? Maybe during char copy, maybe drop everyone's campaigns. OR allow any one into Haderus regardless of if it's homed, guested or you have alts assigned to it in other factions.
