Creating Template Maxed out my Copy Characters

Not sure if this is intended for testing purposes but when I created a Template it maxed out my champion points on my copied characters. This stops me from testing any rate changes or progression of the champion system.

Yes but this is just a reminder to those creating characters, this time if they use a template (since they include max champion points) it will keep them from testing this part of the system as it will max out the champion point system for all characters, as you said @onlinegamer1 they are account wide.

Are you referring to the rate you are gaining CP? I think they already tested that in 1.6 and 1.6.1. If you are trying to warn people who still want to see what the rate is then yes they shouldn't make a template

Your real characters GET 3600 CPs, but you are not required to SPEND more than 70. I spent only 70 on my real characters to see how they will be once 1.6 goes live. You can do this too.

I only spent 60 on mine since that is about all I will get. I was referring to the fact that they made a change in the patch notes talking about fixing stacked Enlightenment by logging in to multiple characters and the rate that you earn CP. If you created a Template character it maxes this out and you no longer earn CP therefore you cant test any of this to see if it works right now.
