Ferocious Leap (Dragon Leap morph): Reduced the duration of this ability’s
damage shield to 6 seconds from 12 seconds.


Ardent Flame
Shifting Standard (Dragonknight Standard morph): Increased cost of this ability to 250 Ultimate from 200 Ultimate.

    As a Dragonknight I was using ferocious leap......12 seconds was GOD mod. Cutting it in half may have been a little overkill though?....(Don't know that yet?)

    It's amusing that the internal testers never managed to get them enough "metrics" to see these two things.

    "Doubled the Critical Strike and Spell Critical values for all item set bonuses."

    They halved them previously... so doubling them puts them back to where they are now on live... so the crit gear from trials is worthwhile again! :)

    Now please excuse me... I need to go dig the grave for my PvE magicka Sorc....

    If crafted gear still has higher stats due to " all items" getting increased its still a nerf. Why run Trials when the best gear is crafted.

    Standard of Might already costs 250 Ult. They just changed Shifting Standard to match it.

    "Ultimate can now be gained from blocking, dodging, or attacking targets with a damage shield."

    This is a big deal. This will make gaining Ult much better than it was on 1.6 or 1.6.1
    It will also make the increase in cost for both standards less noticable. Especially for DK tanks.

    It's a damage shield equal to your health. Anyone who thinks that should last for 12 seconds is insane.

    Joejudas, I wouldn't worry too much bud... DK's are actually going to have a pretty OP escape coming with 1.6. I suspect it will help with our overall survivability and will be much needed after the horrible nerfs. If you end up in a situation where things get too hot, simply press (ALT+F4) -- our new escape. At that point, you might as well go roll a templar or a sorc like everyone else will be doing after 1.6 goes live.

    So this post was a stupid knee jerk reaction from me. I'm a fan of most of the changes....especially to medium armor dexterity and the doubling of Undaunted shoulder drops. I feel bad for sorcs though. I'm currently rolling a Temp Imperial dps as we speak.
