Light attacks for bow damage almost 50% less

I don't know if it is a bug, but in live my light attacks are 500-700 in 1.6 they were 2300 which is not where they should be. They should be 5000-6000.

All of the damage are crits with high level of crit damage on a NB wood elf.

I noticed the same with my NB. Maybe the just nerfed light attack because in line like attack does more than minimum charged heavy attack for me.

Hello, take a look at the link to a really detailed review of 1.6 from a guild that tested. They covered Bow damage in this also.

It's the same with the destruction staff, weaker faster light attacks, but heavy attacks hit hard.

The damage for those are the same. The Heavy attack does around the same as in live. Not doing 20k heavy attacks with the bow. Only 9k.

Yeah, the same, I did not mean they were hitting for more than live, and 9k is a lot...

They nerfed bows big time which is odd because it was the weakest weapon out of all the options pre 1.6. The DPS can't compare with daggers and staffs. We got like one good thing in 1.5 then all the crybabies shouted nerf because they couldnt just stand there and click a few buttons and win anymore and now bows get nerfed in 1.6. Sometime i wonder what ZoS is doing. Now you just look stupid holding a bow; it's a novelty item like the pre 1.5 werewolf... it's fun but its useless.

9k, 900, is not a lot of a move that takes almost 2 second. That is a crit too. I think heavy attacks need to be reworked. Like, heavy attacks break blocks would be a good start.
