BUG Blood Craze

Did some testing with Dual Wield skills today and discovered that the Blood Craze morph of Twin Slashes does not work the way its tooltip describes. For reference, here is what the skill is supposed to do:

What I found is that instead of doing an initial hit and then applying a DoT/HoT, Blood Craze does two hits of the same value* and nothing else. There is no DoT and no HoT applied.

Essentially the skill is broken and does not work as advertized.

*based on repeated testing each hit can crit independently of the other.
Unsubbed and no longer playing, but still checking the Alliance War forum for the lulz.

Seems to be working properly on a fresh template character.

Were you attacking bleed immune mobs? Dwemer comes to mind as being bleed immune, others are too.

Not to insult your intelligence or anything, but it wasn't an undead target that can't bleed, right? <.<

Beyond that silly question, was the target shielded? Health shields (aka. bubbles) stop applications of debuffs, including DoTs.

Also, if your target blocks, no bleed is applied.

Block or shield. Then no bleed is applied. And of course if you are talking PvE, then if the target cannot bleed the effect is not applied.

It was working fine for me on a copied character.
