I did notice some of my friends haven't been online for a while now though...
Like it has been mentioned, some wait until the game goes unlimited, to come back then without monthly payments.
Others wait until the champion system goes live, as not to waste any XP they might gain until they can also get ChP with it.
But the game hardly is empty because of it... always some people around, and all too often the cities seem lively enough from what I saw... (and some of the PvP servers are still mostly full in the busy times...)0
