On the PTS, we have Hadarus and no other PvP server. Is this because it's the PTS or is there a plan that Hadarus will be the only PvP server when 1.6 goes live?

    its because youre on the pts. there wouldn't be any point to multiple pvp campaigns on a pts. Haderus is a One Week campaign which is perfect for pvp testing.
