Subscription, Remaining Time, and the "Since Launch" Mount

So unfortunately, I have come to terms with the fact that this game isn't going to offer me any new/substantial content (questing, end game raiding, etc) until sometime in the fall. I hung in there as long as I could, and honestly had high hopes that this game would always move forward as long as it had a subscription. A single dungeon that you tack on an additional room to is not content, and the Undaunted Pledge and Justice Systems are simply fluff to distract people with for a short while.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to it soon enough, and instead of only doing it month by month, I was recently billed an additional 3 months for my subscription, making it run until May now.
If I cancel now, all remaining time is allotted to me that I have already paid for. However, does cancelling impact the special "Since Launch" membership Mount that has been mentioned by @ZOS_PaulSage on a few occasions?

What he is talking about there is the 12 month reward will be cancelled. Not the reward for being subbed from march till april.0
