Is Cloak resetting mobs?

One of the issues I've had since one of the last big updates, the one where they made mobs smart enough to break CC and such, is that Cloak simply reset mobs at random ever since. Is this still happening? And are mobs still regularly able to see you in Cloak? Or am I the only one who's experienced this problem in the first place?
