Can't access my account page - is it down?

I received an email saying my payment failed yet my credit card is showing a pending charge for the subscription. I tried to log into my account but the page was unavailable. Can someone tell me what is going on? I will be seriously ticked if my subscription lapses over a technical error.

I am having the same issue myself. Was booted out of game, got email saying payment denied and can't get in to see what is going on.

I just tried to get to the account system, after seeing your posts here, and got a "we're doing maintenance" and I have no reason to believe my account is in the state yours are, so I think you're just very unlucky to have a problem at the time maintenance happened.

We are currently performing maintenance on the account page, but it should be back up within the hour.

Edit: Spoke too soon, the maintenance actually just completed so you can now access your account page again.

Thanks, I was able to log in.

I expect that someone will respond to my ticket to explain why I now have been forced to pay TWO subscription charges for the same subscription period in order to keep my account active.
