1.6 Horse Conversion Clarification

Is this account wide i.e. if I have maxed out speed one horse on one character right now will that transfer to all characters having maxed out speed on their horse or is the conversion on a per toon basis. So, the one toon will have maxed speed but another will have it at whatever level it is at conversion?

Yes. They will take the highest level you have of each of the stats at conversion. So max out one stamina, one speed, and one capacity. Then you'll have all three skills a the "max" once we convert.
I was wrong the stats are per-character. So if you have one character that has 3 horses with maxed stats that one character's skills will be maxed.
And apparently you'll get to choose the look of the horse, since horse's appearance changes due to skills.Edited by Gidorick on February 5, 2015 3:30AMWhat ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

I can't understand how people find it so difficult to understand.
Currently, each character have their own unique leveled horse. Now, it will be leveled to the unique character, not horse.
It will remain basically the same, but instead of feeding your horse, you feed your character aka train your character!
There has been way to many threads regarding this question. very simple stuff.Fun comes from diversity, balance kills diversity.
