Is it possible to change my class character who is a vr11 but keeping everything else that I have ? all the research all the items and xp etc but just change class ?

It is not currently possible to change class in the firstplace.

Has there been a discussion about adding a something like this to the crown store?

No joking around here, to be able to change your class is something a lot of people would like to be able to do at some point. Especially those who don't have the time to level up a new character.

JMO here but I doubt they will ever add this as it would be a programming nightmare and a nightmare as well for the community. Imagine you are running trials and need a healer. Oh let me go change from my DK to a Templar hang on one minute. So you change over, apply some skill points and off you go with the group. Wait no one can stay alive as the "now templar" doesn't understand all of the skills or how to use them properly so it is epic fail for the group and a ton of frustration. There have been times around level 40 I wish I had started another class but I research the skills, change things around and find new ways to have fun if I don't want to start another character. With eight slots available and players wanting more character slots, there is no reason to add a class change.

@Seravi, there is a difference between being able to change the class and being able to change the class without limitations (in time, number of times, etc). In most games where they allow it there is some repercussion. In ESO I'd image it could cost some reallife currency.
Also idiots are everywhere.. Even on VR ^^
